Keisha has been writing for many years and has great talent for brining everyday information to life. She has a quirky sense of humor and likes to paint a vivid picture for her readers. In-addition to her other talents she has exemplified great conflict resolution skills in all of her endeavors. Some of her works have included writing sports and general articles for her high school and college newspapers. Her educational background entails a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina and a masters degree in professional counseling from the Illinois School for Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. Along with other taining she also has attained a professional certification in mediation from Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR) in Chicago, IL.
She has nine years of healthcare, mental health and counseling experience that includes individuals, adolescent, family and couples psychotherapy. Keisha also has experience in upper level management, leadership and was successful in redeveloping various departments of an organization by implementing effective policies, establishing lasting connections, retraining staff, designing key elements and executing cultural change. Currently, Keisha is expanding her brand in the areas of problem solving, conflict coaching and self-empowerment and has been making regular appearances on blog talk radio etc. Her goal is to help people with everyday situtions.
